Nikolaus Rittenau (rođen 26. ožujka 1991. u Koruškoj, Austrija) austrijski je nutricionist, autor, influencer, uzgajivač i upravni direktor tvrtke Beyond Food GmbH, koja posjeduje nekoliko tvrtki usmjerenih na prehrambene dodatke. Stekao je slavu u Njemačkoj, Austriji i Švicarskoj zahvaljujući knjizi Goodbye Vegan Cliché!, koja je postala bestseler 2020. godine.

Veganski kuhar i autor nekoliko kuharica. Sebastian Copien vodi vlastitu školu kuhanja u Münchenu od 2007. godine s pripadajućim vrtom škole kuhanja.
